Cancellation Eligibility
- Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of purchase.
- After 6 hours, your order will be in production and cannot be canceled.
How to Cancel Your Order
If you wish to cancel your order within the eligible timeframe:
- Please email us at support@westgateshirt.com with your Order ID and “Cancel Order” in the subject line.
- Our team will review your request and confirm the cancellation status.
- A full refund will be issued if the cancellation is approved.
Exceptions
- Orders that include customized or personalized designs are final once production has started.
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
