Cancellation Policy

At Westgateshirt, each product is custom-made based on your order. To ensure quality and efficient production, we follow a strict cancellation policy as outlined below:

Cancellation Eligibility

• Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of purchase.
• After 6 hours, your order will be in production and cannot be canceled.

How to Cancel Your Order

If you wish to cancel your order within the eligible timeframe:

• Please email us at support@westgateshirt.com with your Order ID and “Cancel Order” in the subject line.
• Our team will review your request and confirm the cancellation status.
• A full refund will be issued if the cancellation is approved.

Exceptions

• Orders that include customized or personalized designs are final once production has started.
• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
