When Are Refunds Issued?

Refunds are granted under the following circumstances:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, and the return is approved.
  • Your order was lost in transit and cannot be delivered.
  • Your order was canceled within the allowed cancellation window (before production begins).

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Once approved, please allow 7 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind or incorrect choices made by the customer (e.g., wrong size, wrong color, or spelling error in custom text).
  • Unauthorized returns or returns not approved by our support team.
  • Orders returned after the 30-day return window has expired.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In rare situations where only part of the item is defective, we may offer a partial refund or a discount code for your next order – at our discretion.
