At Westgateshirt, each item is made-to-order, carefully printed based on your individual selection. As such, we follow a return policy designed to ensure fairness and product quality for all customers.
Returns Eligibility
We only accept returns in the following cases:
- The item received is defective or damaged
- The wrong item, size, or design was sent due to our error
- There is a clear printing or production mistake on our part
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or color ordered by the customer
- Typographical errors made by the customer in personalized content
Return Request Window
You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order if you believe you are eligible for a return.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@westgateshirt.com with the following:
- Your Order Number
- A clear photo of the item and issue
- A brief description of the problem
Our support team will review your request and respond within 24-hour.
Return Shipping
- If the return is approved, we will cover the cost of return shipping in cases where the fault is ours.
- If the return is due to customer error, we unfortunately cannot accept the return.
Important Notes
- All returns must be in unused, unwashed condition and in the original packaging where applicable.
- Unauthorized returns (returns made without contacting us first) may not be accepted or refunded.
- We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet our policy criteria.
