Returns Eligibility

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • The item received is defective or damaged
  • The wrong item, size, or design was sent due to our error
  • There is a clear printing or production mistake on our part

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or color ordered by the customer
  • Typographical errors made by the customer in personalized content

Return Request Window

You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order if you believe you are eligible for a return.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@westgateshirt.com with the following:

  • Your Order Number
  • A clear photo of the item and issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Our support team will review your request and respond within 24-hour.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved, we will cover the cost of return shipping in cases where the fault is ours.
  • If the return is due to customer error, we unfortunately cannot accept the return.

Important Notes

  • All returns must be in unused, unwashed condition and in the original packaging where applicable.
  • Unauthorized returns (returns made without contacting us first) may not be accepted or refunded.
  • We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet our policy criteria.
